Management Bios
Anthony Thornburg, Principal, has been involved
in the San Diego staffing community since 1998. His prior
experience includes both a Fortune 500 firm and one ranked
at the top of Inc. Magazine's list of the fastest growing
companies in America. Mr. Thornburg's experience includes
both executive search and temporary staffing. He holds a bachelor's
degree in Finance from Michigan State University.
Jeffrey Litteken, Principal, has been involved
in the San Diego staffing community since 1996 and has specialized
in the temporary, temporary-to-hire and full-time placement
of finance and accounting professionals. Prior to his work
in the staffing industry Mr. Litteken worked in the accounting
field and brings with him an excellent technical knowledge
of the business. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Miami (Ohio)
University with a dual major in Accounting and Finance.
Amanda Scott, Senior Associate, has been involved in the San Diego staffing community since 2001. Ms. Scott's experience includes work in the temporary staffing arena with a Fortune 500 firm. She is a California native and holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from San Diego State University.
Michelle Gaytan, Associate, is a California native and has been a recruiting specialist for the staffing industry in San Diego since 2003. Ms. Gaytan is experienced in all areas of staffing from temporary, temporary to permanent hire and executive level direct hire. She holds a Bachelors Degree from San Diego State University.
Mandy West, Associate, has a background that includes Fortune 500 sales experience. She is a Michigan Native and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Health Education from Central Michigan University.
Josh Hale, Associate, has been active in the recruiting
and staffing industry since 2004, where he specializes in
temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire placement for
finance and accounting professionals. A native San Diegan,
Mr. Hale earned his bachelor’s degree from UCSD and is proud
to hold Certified Staffing Professional and California
Accredited Consultant designations, which recognize his
expertise in employment and recruiting law, ethics and best
practices.
