Senior Consultant
A growing technology company looking to file their S-1 registration has enlisted our services to identify a Senior Consultant to assist with the 2008 comparative in additon to some ad hoc reporting for 2009.Qualified applicants will have a CPA, "Big 4" consulting or audit experience, a strong analytical mind set, a minimum of 5 years corporate accounting experience and experience writing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures.

Senior Financial Analyst
A division of a publicly traded company is in need of a Senior Financial Analyst to assist with the 2010 budget process. This role is also heavily involved in various accounting issues surrounding cost of goods sold and inventory. The ideal candidate will have a background in both financial analysis, the budgeting process, and the month end close.

Senior Accountant
Publicly traded company is in need of a Senior Accountant to reconcile Balance Sheet accounts, prepare journal entries, work with different modules of Oracle and transfer the information to the GL module, along with analyze various balance and income statement accounts. Additionally, this role will track all capitalized projects to completion and verify they are transferred to the fixed assets module. Qualified candidate will have a BA or BS in Accountancy, Oracle 11i experience with Oracle Projects module experience preferred and 3-5 years public accounting experience and industry experience required.

Junior Analyst
Publicly traded software company is in need of a junior analyst to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role with a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
