responsibility for the month end
closing process and timely completion of all
reconciliations, analyze variances and explain to executive
management, and to supervise accounting and
order management staff. Candidate should have
8–10+ years of progressive accounting
experience in a public company,
3–5 years of accounting management
experience, a
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting,
CPA is a plus.
Financial Reporting Manager - $90K
- Public biotech firm looking for a Big 4 CPA with solid SEC
Reporting experience.
The Manager, Financial Reporting and Compliance will report
to the Corporate Controller and have responsibility for the
preparation of SEC / Investor financial reports and managing
compliance with SEC regulations and requirements of
Sarbanes-Oxley.
In
addition, this role will assist with special projects as
assigned by Controller.
Senior Cost Analyst
- $85K -
A leading company in the semiconductor industry
is in search
of a Senior Cost Analyst to provide cost accounting support
to management by
implementing, interpreting and/or maintaining one or a
combination of cost
accounting systems. This role will reconcile ledger accounts;
investigate
actual to standard or budget differences; gather historical cost
data and
allocations; assist with cost builds; and assist engineering and
procurement
professionals in maintaining the material control system.
Financial
Analyst - $70K – Leader in communications and various
electronics manufacturing is adding a financial analyst to the
team to support sales forecasting functions and to prepare
budgets. Must have large systems experience including Oracle,
Cognos, or the like. MBA with finance bachelor’s degree
preferred along with 5 years experience in a similar role.
Senior Accountant
- $80K -
A growing firm in the pharmaceutical arena is adding a Senior
Accountant to their team.
This role will work
closely with the controller and have heavy involvement with the
General Ledger. This position will interact with upper
management and have promotion possibilities. Ideal candidate has
command of the G/L and month end close process, strong
communication skills and degreed.
Accountant - $65K
- The position is a
key member of the Accounting team and will be responsible
for the timely
reconciliation and resolution of daily transactional
activities and specific month-end close processes.
This position will also be part of the planning and analysis
team and have advancement options.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
with a Master's degree and/or CPA preferred and a minimum of
5 years experience.
Payroll Supervisor -
$65K
- Publicly traded high tech manufacturer would like a
Payroll Supervisor to oversee all payroll functions
including processing bi-weekly payroll, managing interface
with Oracle HR module, and compliance with all applicable
federal and state payroll laws.
This role has the first level of full supervisory
responsibilities to include participating in recruiting
process, providing direction to staff to complete
assignments and meet departmental objectives. Ideal
candidate will have 5 – 7 years of previous payroll
supervisory experience, 1 – 3 years of experience with
ProBusiness or ADP required,
and a
Certified Payroll Professional preferred.
Senior
Accountant - $70K - Publicly traded biotech firm is
looking to
add a solid accountant to
be primarily responsible for the month end closing process and
maintenance of general ledger accounts, including monthly
journal entries, account reconciliations, reporting metric
generation, and budget analysis. The position will also heavily
participate in the yearly operation plan formulation and audit
lead. Must have a proven track record, CPA is preferred
and biotech experience is a must.
