Anthony Thornburg, Principal , has been involved in the San Diego finance community since 1998. His prior professional services experience includes both a Fortune 500 firm and one ranked at the top of Inc. Magazine's list of the fastest growing companies in America. Mr. Thornburg's experience includes both executive search and contract staffing. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University.

Jeffrey Litteken, Principal , has been involved in the San Diego finance community since 1996 and has specialized in the contract, contract-to-hire, search and placement of finance and accounting professionals. His prior experience in corporate accounting gives him an excellent technical knowledge of the business. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Miami (Ohio) University with a dual major in Accounting and Finance.

Mandy West, Associate , focuses on the search and placement of Director, Manager, Senior and Staff level accounting professionals. Ms. West has a background in Fortune 500 sales and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Health Education from Central Michigan University.

Josh Hale , Associate, has been active in the recruiting and staffing industry since 2004. He has worked exclusively placing finance and accounting professionals. He specializes in consulting and project engagements. A native San Diegan, Mr. Hale earned his bachelor’s degree from UCSD and holds a Certified Staffing Professional and California Accredited Consultant designations.

 ROB BURDEN, ASSOCIATE, has a successful 7 year history in the search and placement of corporate accounting talent. His areas of expertise are in the financial reporting, public accounting, management and director level placements. Mr. Burden spent 7 years in public accounting with a Big 4 firm and has hands on Controllership experience. He is a native Californian with a Bachelors degree from California Lutheran University.
